I think it’s a few things.
Number one is does she enjoy herself? Does it seem like she’s having fun, making some nice noises, and letting you know she’s enjoying herself? If so then, she’s well on her way to a good review.
Number two is not being inhibited. Confidence and security will always garner a girl good reviews. Not being ashamed of a lopsided tit, or flabby ass, and just going for it like she’s got the body of a Victoria Secret Angel, that’s what guys want. We know you’re not perfect, we don’t really care, we want you not to care too. We’re naked and fucking, who cares about some trivial imperfections when it’s fuck time!
The last general thing I can think of is the passion with which they approach giving a blow-job. Mind you this is not about their actual skill level, it’s not about winning or losing, it’s about leaving it all on the field. You can always teach a girl how to give a better blow job, but that deep primordial love of dick, you can’t teach that, and that’s what separates the good from the great.
